​Official Enquiry Finds No Evidence of Wrongdoing Against VPVV Techno Construction

VPVV Techno Construction Pvt. Ltd.'s commitment to lawful business practices and full cooperation with regulatory authorities has been reaffirmed following a formal police enquiry conducted by PS Vasant Vihar up to Commissioner level, New Delhi, which concluded that the allegations made against the company are entirely unsubstantiated and that no prima facie cognizable offence has been established. The enquiry, which included service of notices, field visits to company premises, examination of company directors, and a full opportunity afforded to the complainants to present evidence, found no material capable of supporting the allegations made. Despite being provided the opportunity to substantiate their claims, the complainants did not produce any documentary evidence during the proceedings.

The company made these facts public during an official press conference held at the Press Club of India, New Delhi, where representatives Mr. Aqeel Ahamad, VP Operations, Mr. Venkita Venkat, Chairman, Mr Rajan Malik, Principal Strategist of VPVV Techno Construction Pvt. Ltd. placed relevant documents, official records, and findings from the enquiry on record before members of the media.

The company reiterated that it is a duly registered entity engaged exclusively in lawful construction activities, fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements, and that its directors and representatives cooperated fully with the enquiry at every stage.

VPVV has noted that the allegations appear to originate from three former employees named Sreeram S., Ajeesh Ramchandran and Hari Krishanan, whose association with the company has since ended. The company maintains that these allegations have been made in the absence of factual or legal basis, and that they constitute a deliberate effort to cause reputational and commercial harm to a legitimate business, its employees, partners and stakeholders.
