Addressing the august audience, Shri Bhaskar Kulbe, former PMO Adviser, said: “Over the years, Rodic has exemplified exceptional vision and commitment, not only in advancing engineering and digital infrastructure but also in making significant contributions to our nation's growth and development. Their achievements stand as a testimony to their perseverance and dedication, evident through their proactive initiatives that underscore their commitment to societal welfare and healthcare infrastructure. As we celebrate Rodic's 24th Foundation Day, it is evident that their path to success is deeply rooted in their pursuit of excellence and their meaningful contributions to national progress.”

Emphasising the company's focus on promoting young talent and empowering clients through cutting-edge solutions, Shri Raj Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director, Rodic Consultants, said: “Our journey began 24 years ago with humble beginnings in Bihar and today, we have grown into a team of over 2,000 employees. This would have not been possible without the persistence and diligence of each team member. I am also thankful for the unwavering support of our clients and shareholders who have supported us throughout this journey. I am also delighted to see we have empowered and encouraged the younger work force to make decisions independently and to work towards personal and familial pride. As we look forward to our 25th anniversary, we are poised to revolutionise the infrastructure landscape further.”

A significant highlight of the celebration was the recognition of achievements across various departments, with the Power and Energy Division standing out for their exceptional performance, as it came just months after Rodic achieved 100% digitalisation in its operations, underscoring its commitment to excellence and sustainability. The celebration honoured employees and project site members working in remote areas. Their children participated in painting and poetry competitions, which took place on World Environment Day in alignment with the Foundation Day celebrations. With this, plantation drives were also carried out at all project sites.

The occasion also served as a platform for showcasing Rodic’s philanthropic work in Sports and Education and felicitated all the athletes involved in mountaineering and cycling expeditions such as Indian Mountaineer Baljeet Kaur (expedition to Mt. Everest), Cyclist John Gwhite (exceptional performance at Paris-Brest-Paris), Equestrian Ayush Raj, Cyclist Sudhir Sharma and Bobby (who cycled from Delhi to Agra to promote healthy living), and Dr Sunil Sharma and his wife Payal Sharma (who trekked to Mt. Everest Base camp in 14 days), Urmila Attri and Harsha Mishra (for their all India cycle expedition covering 17 states and 2 countries including Nepal and Bhutan in 3 months). Educational sponsorships were another highlight where Rodic supported promising young talents for their higher studies like Keshav Shankar at the National Institute of Technology, Upasna Shankar who is pursuing Chartered Accountancy.

As Rodic Consultants prepares for its 25th anniversary, the company is poised to nurture young talent, push the boundaries of infrastructure excellence, position Rodic as a revolutionary digital infrastructure model, and continue empowering communities with compassion.
