M5 Mahendra Group Distributes School Uniforms and Study Kits to 925 Government School Students in Bommasandra
M5 Mahendra Group, through its CSR arm, the Gowramma Thimmareddy Foundation, reaffirmed its commitment to educational empowerment with its flagship initiative, ‘Namma Shale, Namma Koduge’ (Our School, Our Gift). As a part of this program, the Foundation distributed school uniforms and study kits to 925 students of the Government Model Primary School, located in Bommasandra, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru Urban.
The distribution event was held on the school premises and was graced by the presence of Shri D. Kupendra Reddy, (Former Member of Rajya Sabha) Shri T. Ramaswamy Reddy, (Secretary of Swamy Vivekananda Rural Education Society), and Shri B.T. Nagaraj Reddy, Founder and Chairman of M5 Mahendra Group.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri B.T. Nagaraj Reddy, Founder and Chairman of M5 Mahendra Group Managing Trustee of Gowramma Thimmareddy Foundation said, “At M5 Mahendra Group, we firmly believe that every child deserves an equitable start in life, with education serving as the cornerstone of that journey. Through our ‘Namma Shale, Namma Koduge’ initiative, we are honoured to contribute by providing students with essential resources such as uniforms and study kits. This initiative goes beyond material support; it represents our commitment to fostering dignity, self-confidence, and equal opportunity.”
In a heartening gesture, Hon’ble former MP Shri D. Kupendra Reddy announced a generous contribution of ₹11 lakhs towards the development of the school, a step that reflects his continued commitment to empowering education and community upliftment.
This initiative reflects the group’s continued efforts to strengthen foundational education and improve learning environments for children from underserved communities. The provision of uniforms and essential study materials is intended to boost student attendance, confidence, and overall academic engagement.
